Based on Zürich’s Silver Coast, I’m a certified Body Control Pilates teacher with over 13 years of experience. I offer individual and small group sessions at my fully equipped boutique studio in Horgen, as well as group mat classes in Thalwil.
My approach is rooted in mindful, intelligent movement — designed to build strength, mobility, and balance for everyday life. With a calm, focused teaching style and a strong foundation in anatomy, I work closely with my clients to support low back health, guide safe pre- and postnatal training, and enhance overall wellbeing.

The original name of the method created in the 1920’s by Joseph Pilates, “Contrology” explains a bit better what it is really about: “Contrology is the complete coordination of body, mind, and spirit. Through Contrology, you first purposefully acquire complete control of your own body and then through proper repetition of its exercises you gradually and progressively acquire that natural rhythm and coordination associated with all your subconscious activities.”

Pilates is for me the answer to the stresses of modern living. It’s not just another type of fitness, its purpose isn’t just to tone the body. It helps improve posture, increase strength and flexibility, helps with back and neck pain, it gives you confidence. You really can’t compare it to anything else out there!
