My passion is mindful movement. Establishing correct movement and breathing patterns so that we use our bodies to their full potential. The result of regular practice is a strong flexible body and a healthy mind.
I have been expanding my knowledge and qualifications ever since my original training with BCP in London in 2012.
I am now fully qualified to use the Studio Equipment, to work with Ante & Postnatal clients, to teach HIP Pilates (High Intensity Power Pilates). I’m also a member of the Back4Good® Programme, which has been developed to help low back pain sufferers with tailored exercises that are safe and effective.
Over the years I have worked with groups and individuals at all levels, from beginners to professional athletes, expecting and new mothers. And from my experience, no matter what your reasons for starting Pilates are, whether it be for rehab or to improve health or general wellbeing, the method always works wonders! Over the years the way I teach and what I focus on have developed a lot, influenced by my own mindfulness practice. In the past Pilates practice helped me reduce anxiety. Continuously experiencing the benefits of the method myself I’m passionate about helping others get the best of Pilates!
